Part-Time Accounts Assistant

Overview

A great opportunity to join a friendly and established business in Cheltenham on a part-time temporary basis. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant who is confident using Sage Line 50 and able to support the business with accurate and timely invoicing.

Start Date:

2nd February. Ongoing Temporary Role. Approximately 24 hours per week.

• Process all customer and supplier invoices using Sage Line 50
• Ensure all financial data is entered accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle general accounts administration and support the finance team
• Maintain organised records and assist with any ad-hoc finance tasks
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve any invoice queries

• Proven experience using Sage Line 50 (essential)
• Previous accounts or finance administration experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

• Approximately 24 hours per week
• 3 days per week, flexible across several days
• Office-based in Cheltenham

• Immediate start
• Hourly rate: £15.00 per hour
• Temporary assignment with potential for extension depending on business needs
