About the Team/ Role

The Navigation Hub Business Administrator will join the existing Multi-Agency Support Service to support the ongoing development and delivery of the inclusive Multi-agency Navigation Hub pilot which aims to provide an access point for Children, Young People (CYP) needing support at the earliest opportunity.

The Multi-agency Navigation Hub brings together services across Education, Early Help, Health and wider partnership organisations to improve mental health and Education outcomes for CYP (and wider family units) across Gloucestershire. As a Business Administrator you will adopt a collaborative approach to providing administration support for the pilot and provide support to colleagues regarding tracking outcomes for CYP and wider service improvement.

The role includes working jointly across GCC and Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).

If you currently work for GCC or GHC and would like to apply for this role on a secondment basis, please discuss with your current line manager prior to the submission of an application.

About You

To be successful you will possess excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills that allow you to support the effective delivery of the Navigation Hub. You will collaboratively work with colleagues and respond dynamically to effectively complete daily priorities. You will have the ability to manage your own workload, utilising your initiative to deal with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines. Your attention to detail and accuracy of recording will enable clear records of outcomes to be logged and communicated.

You will bring experience of working collaboratively to facilitate effective multi-agency meetings that enable positive outcomes for children and young people discussed. You will display a positive attitude and a flexible and adaptable approach to challenges whilst embodying the Gloucestershire County Council core organisational values of Accountability, Integrity, Empowerment, Respect and Excellence.

In addition, the successful applicant will ideally possess a good understanding of Education, Early Help, Health and wider partnership organisations available to children and young people of Gloucestershire.
