Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Opportunity for an Office and Operations Administrator to join our award winning, multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy, in Cheltenham, GL50 3LH
.
To play an important part in our collective performance and engagement, receiving emails, calls, visitors and supporting all our people in all our activities to be responsive to our clients and colleagues. It will be dynamic and reactive, with chunky projects along the way. Cheltenham is our head office and home to a large technical team, a number of Directors including the Managing Director, plus HR, Finance and Operations.

- Manage travel requests, schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle queries and telephone calls.
- Monitor and respond to emails sent to shared inboxes.
- Assist with meeting or event scheduling, as required.
- Monitor and order key office supplies.
- Ensure common office and kitchen areas are kept organised, stocked and tidy.
- Liaise with facilities management contractors.
- Manage the booking of parking spaces.
- Handle written correspondence to and from the company.
- Own the central admin inbox, responding to queries timely and accurately.
- Other ad hoc admin and office management duties as required.
- Support the Operations team with adhoc requests and process improvements.
- Provide cover to the Project Support team during busy periods.
- You’ll have gained relevant/ related experience and preferably in a professional services environment.
- Conscientious and accurate.
- Effective communication skills.
- The Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future)
