Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are looking for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to work on our new major highways scheme on the M5 J10 in Cheltenham.
You will support visitors, manage mail and documents, coordinate meetings and supplies, and provide general admin support in order to keep the office running smoothly.
What will you be doing:- Welcome visitors and act as a clear, friendly first point of contact.
- Prepare letters and documents, and support printing, copying and filing.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail in a structured, reliable way.
- Support new starters with practical setup tasks (e.g. passes, contacts, basics).
- Maintain stationery and office supplies to agreed stock levels.
- Help organise meetings, including room bookings and simple tech setup (e.g. Teams).
- Keep records accurate and up to date, including contacts, archives and invoices.
- Provide general admin support in a supportive, well-structured environment
- Confident using computers, office software, and standard office equipment.
- Understands basic admin processes like filing, record keeping, and office management.
- Organised and able to manage routine tasks accurately and reliably.
- Able to follow clear procedures and learn new systems with support.
