Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a client based on the outskirts of Cheltenham who are an wholesale distribution business in its search for a Sales & Purchasing Administrator to join its busy team.
This varied opportunity would suit someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to working in a busy environment.
DAY TO DAY:
- Providing excellent customer service and managing sales enquiries from existing and prospective customers
- Supporting sales and purchasing administration, including invoicing and returns management
- Managing daily activity across eCommerce platforms, including Amazon and eBay
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently
- Providing general support across the business as required
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail
- A professional telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills - ideally in a office environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Word
- The ability to work independently and use your initiative
- Previous sales experience would be advantageous
- Experience using inventory software would be beneficial
- A full driving licence is required
AND FOR YOU:
- A salary of £26,500-£30,000, depending on experience
- An immediate start available
LOCATION:
Due to the remote location of this role , you would need a full UK license and access to a vehicle
