Customer Service Coordinator

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a client based on the outskirts of Cheltenham who are an wholesale distribution business in its search for a Sales & Purchasing Administrator to join its busy team.

This varied opportunity would suit someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to working in a busy environment.

• Providing excellent customer service and managing sales enquiries from existing and prospective customers
• Supporting sales and purchasing administration, including invoicing and returns management
• Managing daily activity across eCommerce platforms, including Amazon and eBay
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently
• Providing general support across the business as required

• Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail
• A professional telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills - ideally in a office environment
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Word
• The ability to work independently and use your initiative
• Previous sales experience would be advantageous
• Experience using inventory software would be beneficial
• A full driving licence is required

• A salary of £26,500–£30,000, depending on experience
• An immediate start available

Due to the remote location of this role , you would need a full UK license and access to a vehicle
