United Infrastructure is looking for an organised and proactive Project Support Officer to join our Wormington project team.

This role will be based initially from our offices in Cheltenham This is a varied, hands-on role combining project administration, site administration and office management, providing day-to-day support to the project team and helping ensure the project office runs efficiently.  Key responsibilities  
* Provide administrative support to the Project and Site Management teams
* Coordinate meetings, minutes, actions, diaries and project communications
* Manage the day-to-day running of the project office
* Maintain project trackers, registers, records and reporting information
* Coordinate visitors, new starters, office access and facilities
* Support site mobilisation, inductions and workforce administration
* Liaise with project functions including Construction, Engineering, Commercial and HSEQ
* Assist with travel, accommodation and project events where required  About You  You'll be highly organised, confident and proactive, with previous experience in a Project Administrator, Site Administrator, Office Manager or Project Support role.

Experience with in construction, engineering, energy, utilities or infrastructure would be advantageous, along with strong Microsoft Office/365 skills.
