Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a Motorcycle Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved motorcycle dealership in Cheltenham. The Motorcycle Service Advisor will play a vital role in delivering exceptional aftersales service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth of the dealership’s reputation for high-quality motorcycle brands. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for motorcycles to join a well-established team.

40-hour week, Monday to Friday Duties of a Service Advisor:

Promote the dealership’s aftersales services and enhance customer relationships
Welcome walk-in customers and exceed their expectations through excellent service
Sell clothing, merchandise, and accessories to complement motorcycles
Maintain stock levels, ensuring parts are correctly stored and processed against delivery notes
Pre-pick parts for workshop jobs to ensure a smooth workflow
Process payments and invoices efficiently
Support the Service Manager and work collaboratively with team members to meet targets and deliver outstanding customer service
Ensure workshop parts and customer needs are met promptly and accurately

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Proven experience in customer service within the automotive or motorcycle industry
Passionate about motorcycles and motorcycle brands
Strong organisational skills and a track record of achieving targets
Excellent communication and team-working skills
A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable but not essential, provided you have a genuine passion for all things two-wheeled
