We are currently seeking a Motorcycle Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved motorcycle dealership in Cheltenham. The Motorcycle Service Advisor will play a vital role in delivering exceptional aftersales service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth of the dealership's reputation for high-quality motorcycle brands. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for motorcycles to join a well-established team.

- Sell clothing, merchandise, and accessories to complement motorcycles
- Maintain stock levels, ensuring parts are correctly stored and processed against delivery notes
- Pre-pick parts for workshop jobs to ensure a smooth workflow
- Process payments and invoices efficiently
- Support the Service Manager and work collaboratively with team members to meet targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure workshop parts and customer needs are met promptly and accurately
- Proven experience in customer service within the automotive or motorcycle industry
- Passionate about motorcycles and motorcycle brands
- Strong organisational skills and a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and team-working skills
- A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable but not essential, provided you have a genuine passion for all things two-wheeled
