We are representing a leading automotive dealer group seeking a Master Vehicle Technician to join their reputable franchise dealership in Cheltenham.
This is an exceptional Master Vehicle Technician opportunity for experienced technicians to advance their careers within a professional and supportive environment.

- Working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00am to 1:00pm
- Carrying out complex diagnostic, warranty, and repair work on vehicles
- Performing Electric Vehicle (EV) work and hydraulic repairs in line with manufacturer standards (if qualified)
- Using diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve challenging faults
- Assisting and mentoring Apprentice Vehicle Technicians and less experienced colleagues
- Supporting the team to maintain high work quality in a busy dealership environment
- Ensuring all work complies with industry safety standards and manufacturer procedures
- NVQ Level 3 or IMI equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic or Master Vehicle Technician, with exposure to complex diagnostics and electrical systems
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving license with minimal points
- Motivated team player with a mentor mindset, willing to share expertise and support colleagues
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and achieving team targets
