Looking for a customer-focused role in a modern dealership?

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join a professional Automotive aftersales team.

You'll act as the key link between customers, the workshop and the Parts Department, helping ensure every vehicle visit runs smoothly from booking through to collection.

• Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repair work
• Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle's journey
• Liaising with Vehicle Technicians and the Parts Department
• Explaining additional work requirements and associated costs
• Scheduling and recording workshop activity
• Preparing job cards, orders and invoices
• Supporting aftersales administration and file auditing
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• Delivering an excellent customer experience from booking through to collection

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor
• Automotive or dealership experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong administration and time-management ability
• A proactive and flexible approach
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
• Full UK Driving Licence
