Service Advisor

About the Role

As an Aftersales Advisor, you'll be a key part of the dealership's aftersales operation, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience while supporting the workshop with efficient parts management and stock control.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the workshop with parts ordering and pre-picking
• Assisting customers with parts, accessories, and vehicle-related enquiries
• Managing stock levels and maintaining parts availability
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Service Advisor, or similar automotive role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A Full UK Driving Licence
• The right to work in the UK

• Experience with in a franchised dealership or premium automotive brand

• Up to £32,500 OTE
