Business Development Executive
Location:

Salary: £25,000 + OTE £40,000

Overview

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident Business Development Executive to join a thriving and ambitious team. This is a fantastic opportunity offering long-term career prospects and the chance to be an integral part of the firm’s continued growth.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting in generating and converting quotes in a professional, timely manner
  • Acting as one of the first points of contact for prospective clients
  • Liaising with and updating agents under Partner supervision
  • Participating in business development activities such as visiting agents, attending networking events, and helping organise firm-hosted agent events
About You

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage both your own workload and support others
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Positive, proactive, and aligned with a “can-do” culture
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experienced in sales or business development (preferred but not essential)

Additional Requirements
  • A full clean driving licence is essential, as travel between offices and occasional agency visits across the Cotswolds will be required.
