• Role: Business Change Consultant
• Salary: Up to £95,000 + package
• Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid work available)
• Clearance: Must hold enhanced DV clearance

We’re seeking experienced Business Change Consultants to support transformation programmes within the national security sector. Working as part of a specialist consultancy team, you’ll drive business change and analysis activities that enable secure, data-driven, and technology-led transformation.

This role offers the opportunity to work across high-impact national security initiatives, shaping business processes, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring smooth adoption of new capabilities.

Positions are available at both Senior Consultant and Managing Consultant levels, with salary and responsibilities aligned to experience.

• Lead or support business change and transformation projects within secure environments.
• Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering to define and deliver effective change solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand mission and operational needs.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable business and technical outcomes.
• Support delivery planning and ensure successful implementation of new processes or systems.

• Strong background in Business Change and Business Analysis

• Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver transformation projects within complex organisations.
• Must hold enhanced DV / UKIC Clearance

• Experience in delivery management
• Familiarity with AWS or cloud transformation environments
