As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in helping our customers deliver meaningful change, often through the implementation of innovative technology solutions. Working as part of a collaborative Northrop Grumman UK team, you will support the delivery of complex programmes across the defence and security sector.

You will bring clarity to ambiguity, working closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, capture requirements, and ensure solutions deliver real value. • Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
• Support the translation of complex business challenges into clear, structured insights that inform decision making
• Produce high-quality documentation to enable effective delivery of change initiatives without prescribing solutions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including developers, testers and systems engineers
• Facilitate meetings and contribute to stakeholder engagement and communication activities
• Evaluate solutions against business needs and recommend improvements to processes, systems or ways of working

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in complex or ambiguous situations
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, inquisitive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop in business analysis
• Experience working in collaborative team environments

• Exposure to Agile delivery environments and writing user stories or tickets
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git Lab or Confluence
• Experience or interest in the defence or security sectors

Due to the nature of our work, you must be a UK national for this role.

You must be able to gain and maintain the relevant UK Government security clearance.
