• Think: sets the analysis and change strategy, leading definition of outcomes, benefits frameworks, strategic priorities and value propositions
• Plan: oversees the use of user journeys, value streams, target operating models, service design and governance to shape deliverable change
• Do: assures implementation, service transition, readiness, sequencing and organisational adoption across multiple work streams
• Run: ensures performance measures, service management disciplines and improvement mechanisms are embedded into live services and governance
