Business Change Consultant

Our client are a medium sized consultancy who work with government clients.

They are on the lookout for an experienced Change Consultant to analyse complex problems and deliver transformational change.

This role will be full time on site working patterns

• Evaluating current capabilities and culture in order to design transition plans.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders in transformation programmes.
• Creating strategy through to change management processes.
• Analysing complex problems, delivering solutions and communicating change to the wider organisation.
• Delivering transformational change – strong awareness of various business change models, tools and techniques.
• Experience using business change models and structures
• Experience of preparing affected business areas for transitioning to new ways of working.
• Guiding stakeholders through business transformations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops with wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience of business case development and commercial approvals.
• Experience of any of the following agile methodologies (e.g., APMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, MSP, DSDM, Scrum).

The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential:

• APMG Change Management Practitioner and/or PROSCI Practitioner and/or MSP accreditation or equivalent accreditation desirable but not essential.
