We’re looking for a Junior Transformation Consultant to join CMC and support major Defence sector transformation programmes. As a CMC Consultant, you’ll work on a variety of exciting fast-paced programmes working as part of multi-disciplinary teams, supporting clients while developing your consulting skills through structured development and hands-on delivery.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Some exposure to consulting, or client facing work (e.g internships, graduate schemes, placements or project work)
• An analytical mindset with an aptitude for problem-solving
• Strong communication skills, particularly clear written output, presentations and stakeholder engagement
• Foundational level professional qualifications, or willingness to work towards them, (e.g PRINCE2, the BCS pathway)
• A professional, collaborative and proactive approach
• A relevant degree, or equivalent experience
