We are recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor for a unique residential scheme in Cheltenham. The scheme incorporates RC structures, retaining walls, split levels, and associated infrastructure works, offering a technically engaging opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor.

The role is primarily site-based, with occasional office attendance to liaise with project leadership. The successful candidate will manage costs, sub‑contractors, and client communications, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Act as the lead Quantity Surveyor for the project.
• Track, review, and manage drawing revisions.
• Perform detailed cost analysis and budget monitoring.
• Oversee and manage sub-contractor engagement and payments.
• Prepare and review interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Support project planning and reporting.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors, and project teams.

• Several years’ experience in residential or commercial construction projects, ideally with RC structures and complex site conditions.
• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
• Driven, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Comfortable working primarily on-site, with flexibility for office attendance 1–2 days per week.
