We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join our team covering the Cheltenham area.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the site team, subcontractors, and Tenant Liaison Officer to coordinate activities on a live site
• Coordinate and manage direct labour and subcontractor
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with design specifications and programme timelines
• Monitor productivity and drive performance on-site
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate QA records, photographic evidence, and installation checklists.
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
• Monitor safe working practices and proactively address hazards
• Ensure all operatives are trained, certified, and compliant
• Ensure clear communication before, during, and after works
• Manage expectations and minimise disruption in occupied properties
• Resolve complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

You Will Need:

• Proven experience supervising retrofit or construction works.
• Strong technical understanding of re-cladding and fire safety.
• Experience working in occupied properties (customer-facing environment)
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• CSCS card (Supervisor or Skilled level)
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation (CDM)
• Full UK driving licence
