Site Manager - Residential (Flats) - Contract (14 Months)

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Managing all on‑site operations for the construction of a multi‑unit residential block
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades
• Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are met
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance
• Liaising with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, and senior management
• Overseeing quality control and ensuring works meet specification

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering residential flat/apartment schemes
• Must have previous permanent employment in a similar role (not solely freelance)
• Strong track record of managing projects from start to finish
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to drive programme and manage multiple trades effectively

• 14‑month contract with potential for extension
