Salary: £47,000 – £57,000 per annum + Comprehensive Benefits Package

They are currently looking for a Senior Cost Consultant to join their Cheltenham office and play a pivotal role in their ongoing success.

This is not a role for someone who wants to be a "cog in the machine." We are seeking an individual with the professional maturity to work independently, yet the collaborative spirit to mentor junior surveyors and contribute to a vibrant office culture.

Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Quantity Surveying for the Gloucester practice, you will step into a position of responsibility from day one. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Qualification: BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.

• Chartered Status: MRICS is preferred, but we welcome applicants who are 12–18 months away from completing their APC.

• Experience: 3–6 years within a reputable PQS or Construction Cost Consultancy.

• Logistics: A full clean UK driving licence is essential for site visits.
