Salary: £47,000 – £57,000 per annum + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Your Role:
Leadership and Autonomy

Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Quantity Surveying for the Gloucester practice, you will step into a position of responsibility from day one. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Full Project Ownership: Managing costs from feasibility through to the final account.

  • Contractual Expertise: Applying your deep knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts to mitigate risk and maximize value.

  • Client Liaison: Building long-term relationships with developers and public sector clients.

  • Mentorship: Acting as a senior lead, helping junior team members reach their own professional milestones.

    Requirements
    • Qualification: BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.

    • Chartered Status: MRICS is preferred, but we welcome applicants who are 12–18 months away from completing their APC.

    • Experience: 3–6 years within a reputable PQS or Construction Cost Consultancy.

    • Technical

      Skills:

      Proficiency in industry-standard QS software and a strong grasp of project reporting.

    • Logistics: A full clean UK driving licence is essential for site visits.
