The project involves a major road widening programme, the construction of new junctions and extensive active travel infrastructure designed to improve connectivity and support future growth within the region.

• Subcontract management and change control
• Cost reporting, valuations and forecasting
• Maintaining strong commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle

• Previous experience working on highways or major civil engineering projects under the NEC form of contract
• Confidence managing both subcontractors and client relationships
• Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving
