Emponics is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to join our Cheltenham-based capital works division, covering planned and refurbishment contracts including kitchen, bathroom, and fire risk projects. The role involves extensive site visits and working with tendering and estimating activities.
You will take commercial responsibility for cost control, prepare valuations, manage budgets up to £3 million, and build strong client and supplier relationships to maximise value and cash flow.
