We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for content creation, excellent writing skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media engagement. You’ll play a key role in delivering our marketing communications, from social media campaigns and newsletters to website content and event promotions, ensuring that C2S continues to inspire, connect, and inform our members.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and post engaging content across key social media platforms (Linked In, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand image across all channels. Track engagement and performance, recommending improvements and creative ideas. - Content Creation:
Write, design, and schedule the weekly C2S newsletter highlighting key updates, events, and member news. Create promotional content for weekly events and ensure timely posting across platforms. Share news stories, features, and success highlights on the website and promote them on social media. - Website Updates:
Maintain the news and events sections of the C2S website with fresh, relevant, and well-presented content. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all published material. Add new members to the website and manage member queries and support. - Brand Development:
Support the ongoing development of the C2S brand, ensuring high-quality visuals and messaging. Contribute ideas for new campaigns, partnerships, and ways to engage the C2S community.

- Copywriting and content creation skills.
- Confident using social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Experience with website CMS (e.g. Word Press or similar).
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Constant Contact, Mailchimp or similar).
- Some experience using CRM systems.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Interest in business networks, community engagement, and events.
📍 Cheltenham / hybrid
SalaryCirca £24,500-£26,000 salary based on experience and hours
