High‑Retention Editing:
You will be producing long‑form content. You understand "pacing" and know how to use b‑roll, zooms, and text overlays to keep a user watching a 40‑minute tutorial on Google Ads.

• Short‑Form Adaptation:
  You can take a 20‑minute deep dive and extract three viral‑ready Shorts/Reels that work as standalone content.
• Brand Style:
  You will be able to get under the skin of the Ben Heath brand and ensure videos align with brand style, tone, and audience expectations.

Good experience of Educational Long‑Form You Tube Video Production, you will be;

• A Platform Native:
  You watch You Tube. You know what editing trends are working right now.
• The "Niche" Bonus:
  Ideally, you already understand Meta/Google Ads. If not, you are a fast learner who can edit technical content accurately without needing your hand held.
• Style Match:
  You can adapt to our clean, professional, "edutainment" brand style immediately.
