Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and confident Freelance Videographer to produce short-form video content for our clients. The role will involve visiting restaurants, cafés, hospitality businesses and other local clients to film content for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, Facebook and promotional videos. You should already have practical videography experience and be confident filming independently on location. Extensive commercial experience is not essential, but this is not a beginner role.
Responsibilities- Visit client businesses for scheduled video shoots.
- Film short-form vertical content for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok and Facebook.
- Capture food preparation, chefs cooking, drinks being made, interiors, staff and behind-the-scenes content.
- Create promotional videos for businesses, products and services.
- Work from a brief while also suggesting your own creative ideas and shot concepts.
- Capture a variety of clips during each shoot for use across multiple pieces of content.
- Edit videos with strong pacing, cuts, music, transitions and basic colour correction.
- Deliver finished content ready for social media.
- Work professionally and confidently with clients on location.
- Previous videography experience.
- Experience filming Reels, Tik Toks or other short-form social media content.
- Hospitality, food or restaurant video experience is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of camera settings, lighting, framing and movement.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Confidence working independently on shoots.
- Good understanding of what works well on social media.
- Comfortable directing simple shots involving staff or products.
- Your own suitable camera and video equipment.
- A portfolio showing examples of your video work.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar would be useful.
This is an ongoing freelance position, with shoots arranged around client requirements.
Pay: £100.00-£220.00 per day
