- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Comfort interacting with customers in busy public settings
- Taking bets from customers using betting tablets (full training provided)
- Working at fixed betting points or engaging directly with customers in hospitality areas
- Paying out winnings to customers with valid tickets
- Delivering excellent customer service to racegoers
- Explaining different bet types to customers when required
- Handling cash accurately throughout the day and cashing up at the end of each race day
- Mandatory training dates must be attended: 11th February 2026 or 12th February 2026
- Event dates: 10th March - 13th March
