Howden UK Brokers Limited is seeking a customer service professional for a full-time, permanent role. The position is based in our Cheltenham office and involves prioritising and handling customer queries with accuracy and professionalism. You will produce documentation, process adjustments, and handle client payments while ensuring service standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience in customer service, strong literacy and numeracy skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities. We offer flexible working options subject to availability.
