Post Office is hiring a Counter Clerk in Cheltenham to provide outstanding customer service, help customers with travel money, documents, bills and banking, and to keep queues moving smoothly. Training includes a 3-Day Post Office Counter Training, with sessions possibly at different locations.
You’ll work as part of a team, uphold governance standards, and adapt to evolving store requirements and goals. This is a fixed-term role until 31 August 2026 with flexible training arrangements.
