Resident Liaison Officer

We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a housing and property services team working across the Cheltenham area.

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll act as the key link between residents, the client and the project team, ensuring residents are kept informed and supported throughout works.

The role

Liaise with residents before, during and after works
Attend site visits and communicate with residents and contractors
Build positive relationships with residents and clients
Keep residents updated on programmes, access and progress
Resolve queries and concerns professionally
Work closely with the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery
