Service Advisor / Service Receptionist Salary:
Up to £30,000 Basic | OTE £37,000

Crewe NO WEEKENDS! Richard Abson Group are working with a well-established dealership in Crewe to recruit an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist. The Role As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and welcoming experience. Manage customer enquiries and provide advice on vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs. Keep customers informed throughout the service and repair process. Promote and sell service plans, maintenance packages, and additional aftersales products. Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention. About You Minimum 1 year's experience in a Service Advisor or similar aftersales role (main dealer experience preferred).

Strong customer service and communication skills. Commercially aware with the ability to upsell products and services effectively. Experience using Kerridge and 1

Link systems would be advantageous. Organised, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary & Benefits Up to £32,000 basic salary. Uncapped bonus structure (hours sold, upsell performance, and service plan sales) – realistic OTE of £37,000. Monday to Friday on a rota basis: 8:00am – 6:00pm (1 early finish a week) NO WEEKEND WORK Ongoing manufacturer and industry training.
