Lovell invites an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to Cheltenham to support social housing refurbishment projects. You will be the main link between residents, the project team and our client, ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the works programme.
responsibilities include managing the full customer journey, maintaining CRM records, and supporting administration while fostering strong relationships with residents, leaseholders and stakeholders.
