Must have’s

* Previous experience in a customer service, sales administration or office-based support role

* Knowledge of Sage 50

* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Professional and confident telephone manner

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

* Proactive, motivated and customer-focused approach

So, what will you be doing?

* Processing customer orders and quotations efficiently and accurately

* Responding to customer enquiries and providing product and service information

* Building strong relationships with customers and delivering outstanding service

* Resolving customer issues and queries in a timely and professional manner

* Liaising with suppliers to source products, parts and delivery information

* Raising purchase orders and supporting procurement activities

* Producing customer invoices and maintaining accurate records

* Following up outstanding quotations and supporting sales activity

* Preparing reports and updates for management

* Managing customer records and ensuring information is kept up to date

* Identifying opportunities to maximise sales through excellent customer engagement and upselling
