• Strong private focus with Practice Plan (80% private), supported by an experienced team: two dentists (15 years’ experience), nurses with 7–10 years, and both qualified and trainee nursing staff.
• Comprehensive general dentistry offered with modern X-ray capabilities (bitewings, PA, rotary for endo), plus two hygienists and a therapist for a full scope of preventive and periodontal care.

• Deliver Full Scope Care – Work independently through Direct Access, providing prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments with autonomy and clinical freedom.
• Structured Induction & Training – Our tailored onboarding supports you with guidance on compliance, communication, record-keeping, and clinical decision‑making so you step in with confidence.
