Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join a well-established, design-led practice on the outskirts of Cheltenham. You will join a close-knit team of around 18, with a collaborative culture and a strong design ethos focused on high-quality residential schemes.
Responsibilities include converting planning drawings to technical drawings, detailing, building regulation coordination, and liaising with contractors. Salary £35,000–£45,000 with 1 day hybrid working and on-site parking.
