A welcoming mainstream primary school in Cheltenham is looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Partner to join their team as soon as possible. This is a long-term role for the rest of the academic year, with the potential to continue beyond.

As a SEN Teaching Partner, you'll support pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, global developmental delay, and SEMH. Some pupils may also require personal care or physical support.

This is a hands-on, rewarding opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.

The Ideal SEN Teaching Partner Will Have:

Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or care setting
A calm, patient, and resilient approach
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths- grade C/4 or above
A genuine interest in inclusive education
