Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Cheltenham (SEN Specialist School)
We are seeking a recent university graduate passionate about mental health and behaviour to join our full‑time team as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor at our specialist provision in Cheltenham. The role starts immediately and continues long‑term.
ASAP Start – Cheltenham
As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor you will work with students aged 4 to 19 in a specialist setting. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support during the school day, helping students engage positively in their learning.
- Assisting the class teacher in managing behaviour and promoting a safe, nurturing, and encouraging classroom environment.
- Acting as a positive role model and helping students build confidence, resilience, and independence.
We value resilience, patience, and a genuine passion for helping young people. Previous experience with individuals with challenging behaviour is advantageous but not essential.
Role details:
- Full‑time, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 15:30)
- Pay: £89 – £100 per day
- Psychology & Criminology graduates encouraged to apply
