• Salary: £85‑£100 (Depending on experience)
• Hours:
  
  Full‑Time, 8:30 am–3:30 pm, Term‑Time only
• DBS:
  Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel confident and motivated.
• Provide one‑on‑one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies.
• Help students develop social and emotional skills to enhance their overall learning experience.
• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
