• Support teaching and learning across the school.
• Deliver planned lessons and interventions in the absence of the class teacher.
• Work closely with teachers to raise attainment and engagement.
• Provide tailored support to pupils with varying needs.

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A proactive, positive approach and commitment to safeguarding.
