A welcoming and supportive school in Cheltenham is currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team in either Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage
2. This role is ideal for someone who's enthusiastic about making a meaningful difference during the early years of education. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping children succeed, grow in confidence, and reach their full potential.

• Enhanced DBS (Or willingness to apply for one)

• Collaborate with specialist teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
• Provide tailored support to children with additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages development.
• Support children of various abilities, providing focused assistance in both small groups and on an individual basis.
• Effective classroom behaviour managment strategies
