Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Literacy Intervention)

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA—Literacy Intervention) Permanent, approximately 30 hours per week, (flexible for the right candidate) 39 weeks per annum, SCP Point 9 (£27,254.09 per annum). (Approximate pro rata salary for this role based on 30 hours will be £18,964.80 per annum) We are looking for an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join us.

The successful candidate will be highly capable, who works with students to make a difference, are passionate about their education and are able to inspire students to give and achieve their best.

The HLTA will work under the Deputy Headteacher and Deputy SENDco, and will take a lead role in coordinating and supporting students with literacy needs.

Our SEND department is at the core of our aspirations for all students to thrive at Cleeve School.
