We are seeking an experienced and reliable private tutor to support students with GCSE English and Maths.
Key Details- Subjects: GCSE English and GCSE Maths
- Location:
In-person tuition around Cheltenham - Pay: 25 - 35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Hours:
Flexible
- Have experience teaching or tutoring GCSE English and Maths
- Be able to explain concepts clearly and adapt to the student's learning style
- Be patient, encouraging, and well‑organised
- Hold relevant qualifications (teaching qualification preferred but not essential)
- Have an enhanced DBS check (or be willing to obtain one)
- Deliver engaging, structured lessons aligned with the GCSE curriculum
- Identify areas of weakness and tailor support accordingly
- Help build confidence, exam technique, and subject understanding
- Weekly report writing.
