What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Need

? Experience in attendance, safeguarding, pastoral support, or school admin? Strong communication and relationship-building skills? Confidence using school systems and managing sensitive information? A calm, empathetic, solutions-focused approach? Ability to work with pupils, parents, staff, and external agencies? An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply through Hays)
