Supply Teacher - QTS

About the role

Hays Education is recruiting Qualified Secondary Teachers (QTS) for supply opportunities across a range of secondary schools in Cheltenham. We work closely with local schools who require reliable teachers for day-to-day cover, shorter block placements, and long-term roles.

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3-KS4
• Maintaining a positive, focused classroom environment
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting students' learning and progress
• Adapting confidently to new settings and subjects

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• UK secondary teaching experience (placements accepted for ECTs)
• Strong behaviour management
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• ECTs encouraged to apply
