OverviewWe’re currently recruiting for several dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a supportive school in Broadway from May 2026. These are full-time roles working with children who have a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
Responsibilities- Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups with additional needs
- Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom management
- Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Managing challenging behaviour calmly and professionally
- Supporting students’ emotional and social development
- Experience working in an SEN or mainstream school environment
- A patient, caring, and resilient approach
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Competitive pay: £95
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- A supportive and welcoming school team
- Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant
