Academics is hiring a Behaviour Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Cheltenham. This position, starting ASAP, involves providing 1:1 support for children with behavioural challenges and Special Educational Needs (SEND).
The successful candidate will help implement behaviour management strategies, collaborate with teachers, and promote wellbeing in a nurturing environment. Hours are full-time during term time, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
