Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30?am??3:30?pm | ASAP Start Were recruiting a dedicated Outreach Teaching Assistant to work with children and young people with complex needs who are currently not attending school . Youll provide support and education in the community and home settings , helping pupils re-engage with learning and build confidence. About the Role Supporting pupils with SEND/SEMH needs in the community Delivering structured, nurturing sessions tailored to individual needs Working closely with schools, families, and professionals to ensure consistency Travelling between locations across Derby and surrounding areas Requirements Car driver with own transport essential for community visits Experience supporting children with complex needs or SEND/SEMH Calm, resilient, and able to work independently Reliable and committed to long-term, consistent support Why Join Us Long-term, full-time role with immediate start Supportive local agency with transparent communication Meaningful work helping children re-engage with education
