Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Cheltenham
Hours: Full Time | Monday to Friday | 8:45am - 3:15pm
Pay: £16.87 per hour
Start Date: September 2026

Thrive Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic school in Cheltenham that is looking to welcome a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated practitioner to join their pre-school team on a full-time basis from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an experienced team where you will play an important role in supporting children s learning, development and wellbeing during those crucial early years.
Working Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 3:15pm
, you will:
- Support children aged 3-4 within a nurturing pre-school environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging play-based learning activities.
- Encourage children s social, emotional and educational development.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain high standards of care.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
- Has experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Is enthusiastic, proactive and passionate about supporting children s development.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is committed to providing outstanding care and learning opportunities.
