Academics Ltd is currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school in Cheltenham. Whether you're an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator, we have both full-time permanent and contract opportunities available to suit your career goals.

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will lead a class of inquisitive and energetic pupils, delivering high-quality lessons that promote academic achievement and personal growth. You will plan engaging, age-appropriate lessons that bring the curriculum to life, monitor pupil progress, and create a classroom environment where every child can thrive.

• Deliver the Year 3 curriculum in an engaging and inclusive way
• Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
• Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Foster curiosity, independence, and a love of learning

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum
• A nurturing and proactive teaching style
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A genuine passion for education and child development
• ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
